there are 3 boxes to uncheck during installation. if you don't, you'll be stuck with the stupid ask toolbar. otherwise, i tested it and it works pretty good.
So I took a video with my g1 and wanted to upload it to youtube, but I can't because it says that the video is too large. So, I connected it to my pc and tried to copy the video from there to my computer, but the video is in a bunch of smaller files and I don't know how to convert them to something playable that I can then upload to youtube. Anyone know how to do this?

HOW TO INSTALL 1.33.2005 SPL (HAYKURO'S SPECIAL SPL) http://androidcommunity.com/forums/f...uctions-20500/
Youtube videos are limited in size on the G1, that you can upload, 1 minute on high quality, 2 min on low (low is useless).
But you can take unlimted size videos on the G1, to the size of your card.
So watch the timer when shooting a video, when it goes to 60 seconds, stop. Then you can upload it from the G1 as long as you have a YouTube account, which the G1 interface will ask you when you upload (password and user name).
You can look at my YouTube tutorial too:

Also, the G1, like other cell phones, take videos in the 3GP format, that I call cell phone format. It' super compact. A one minute G1 video is only 2.7MB in high quality. That's small.
Download and install the Super C program. It converts any video format into any other and back again. It's free so don't buy it. It's at erightsoft.com

Super C is the hardest download file to find on any site, incuding the developer's. So here is the page. Scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "Download Super C setup file."

It's a 27 MB file.
PM me if you want to know the settings to convert any video, using Super C, to play on the G1.
