Just a quick question. i got the 30$ plan with 300 minutes.
Can i use that for mobile to mobile or does that cost me?

weird question but can i get the phone without a voiceplan?

Individual Basic plan doesn't include free Mobile-to-Mobile and free night minutes. You only have free weekend minutes.
Unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile costs $7.

You can cancel the Data plan but can't cancel voice plan.

mobile to mobile means calling from a t-mobile number to a t-mobile number. You don't have free Mobile-to-Mobile, so all of your calls to any numbers will be deducted from 300 minutes.

so when i call someone form verizon or at&t. it doesnt cost extra, just takes from whenever 300 minutes right?

Yup, you have 300 minutes + weekend to make call.
