If it's the latter, you must accept the "mount" on your G1 once you plug it in (with RC28 or later), or select "mount sd card" in your storage settings if you still have RC19.

Vista Machine not recognizing phone
can't get a pc running vista to recognize the phone. Any tips?

Not getting any error messages. Drive F show up on my pc but when try to open the drive it says to insert card. I'm trying to simply get photos off the phone to the pc.

Am I the only person with both a working G1 AND functional Vista? I mean I ordered the phone before it even came out and my copy of Vista is so far past stolen it's unbelievable, and all my **** just seems to jive....
