Verizon Android vs g1

Most of my friends have t-mobile or AT&T, most of my parent's friends have Verizon or Sprint. I think that's the reason they don't want to switch.

most everyone I know (or communicate to on a regular basis) has T-Mobile with the exception of my older sister and her family (they have Verizon...but are thinking of switching).

Between my wife, daughter and myself we only use about 250-300 of our minutes a month (grandfathered 1000 anytime family minute plan)...but we use probably 1500-2000 free mobile to mobile minutes.

Plus for the price...

1000 minute plan
3 lines of service
Unlimited family SMS/MMS
data for my G1
blackberry unlimited for my wifes curve
and total internet package for my daughters iPhone

Total is about 115.00 per month...I do have a corp discount still from my previous job...but that almost covers the taxes (I hate all the taxes we have to pay)

Same here, 10% corporate discount lol. We have 3 lines and use ~3000 minutes free mobile to mobile every month. I'll get $300 phone bill if I leave t-mobile.
I move to Cali but keep my billing address in Georgia. Night minutes start 3 hours early at 6PM, lower tax.

Great news guys, I have a 90% of getting the g1. my dad loves the phone and i changed his mind today about TMobile. WE went to a verizon store after and they had the worst service ever. :]
