My last name is NOT Silva! PEOPLE beware! I am awaiting for UPS to call me back! I am beyond pissed even though I have my package imagine if I was not at home I cannot believe they did this! I specifically left instructions for the driver to deliver my package to the 3rd floor he dropped it off on the first floor which is on street level! Ugggggggh I am disenchanted to say the damn least!!!

This happened to me once before, while I was at work, unfortunately I never got my package. They said "Your wife signed for it, as "Mrs. N...". That could be possible I guess... If it weren't for the fact that I was SINGLE and lived BY MYSELF! I was PISSED!

So I had to wait another 6 weeks to have another custom headliner made for my 1972 Cutlass Supreme restoration project. WTF!

Anyways, sorry to hear that, but be happy that you actually got yours.

WOW I didn't know that they do that! Oh damn sorry that you had to wait. I am happy I got my phone I would rather get stuff in the mail versus UPS ugggh!

I TOTALLY agree USPS or even DHS over UPS or FED EX.

I've had FedEx sign as "F. Rontdoor" when leaving a package...they've left a $3500 bass amp sitting on my porch while i was home...not even an attempt to ring the bell.

I'm lucky that we're friends with our UPS guy, he will ALWAYS ring the bell and get a signature from someone in the house.
