    Default "unlock" security annoyance

I like having the unlock security.. I think it's a pretty good idea. However, I wish we could set a seperate activation time for it. I have the screen set to 2min (30 sec just annoys me), and having to redraw every time is annoying when the screen just went off. I'd love to be able to set it for like, 10 min that way, when the screen goes black you can do a quick re-awake. Nitpicking, but it's still an annoyance....

Go to your display options, and you can set your timeout to ten min.

Or just disable it all together.

Guess it's obvious but I never thought about taping the little red button to shut it off when I want... lol. 10 min it is.

Ya, i disabled it because of this. i had my blackberry(s) set for an hour.

i also really liked that button on the top of my blackberry that would put it to sleep and that was the only button that would turn it back on. The red button on the G1 does that, but any button will turn it back on
