Texts Not Being Recieved Or Sent..

Sometimes I'll send texts and my friends wont recieve them or when they send me some I wont get them. I called and they told me to try a master reset, but Id lose all my applications. Will I lose all my pictures and music I put on my phone? I never had this problem with any of my past tmobile phones and my threads are way under 100.

as for the apps may i recommend one more "astro" then save them to your computer from it...

astro is today's recommended app from me!

You shouldn't lose any of your goodies.

If they are on the SD card (which they are) then you'll be fine.

But if you still don't feel secure enough you should upload and backup all your music and photos.

You should do that anyway just to be safe.

I downloaded astro and backed them up but how do I reinstall all the backup applications to the phone from the sd card?

you have to do it invidually once you put the backup folder of apps back onto your sd card after you do the reset. just tap on each one and it'll say "install" find the folder with them in it first of course.

assuming the reset deletes them.

its real easy, just used the program tonight for the first time, its one of those great when you need it apps.
