First, this is my first post so I want to say hello to everyone!! It is nice to be here!!!

I performed a factory reset on my Verizon Eris last night and now when it boots up there are two weird things happening:

First, it shows no service while booting (did not do that before) but eventually gets service...

Second, a lot of the default (factory) ring tones are now missing. I still have default ring tones but only about half of what I had.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions!
