I mean seriously, I never expected SO MANY complaint threads! It seemed like everything was so perfect a week ago, and now its going all down hill

Im am now going to wait a full week before purchase, and keep reading the boards and hopefully things shape up!

noones ever going to be satisfied they're going to sit and nitpick at every detail the same thing happened when the iphone first came out

Oh come on! Here on earth nothing is perfect, I am a member of a lot of car boards and it`s all the same story - paint chips, HID not bright enough..
I love my G1.

I mean most of the complaints are personalized...

The reason for this is because they compare it to other phones.

For example i've been a Sidekick owner for 5 years. so naturally i'm going to compare the two.

And with that you begin to notice little differences and details that need adjustments.

I must say that the only complain I have is the AIM.. it's very weak... right now

I have a couple issues with my G1. But honestly this is the best T-Mobile has to offer. I know once the official launch happens tomorrow and enough people are stressing T-Mobile about bug, problems will be fixed via OTA updates. I LOVE MY G!!

I'm honestly thinking about sending mine back under buyers remorse... I don't have the patience to wait for google to try and work out all the bugs w/ the G-1. All these problems should have been addressed before the release...

i am in love with my g1 also. the only complaint i would have is with the aim (sidekik user) and with the apps not all being at the app market (im sure they will be soon as they have been showing back )

I think the chances of someone starting a thread about the problem they're having with a device outweigh the chances of someone starting a thread about how they're not having any problems with their device, by far. Plenty of us are super geeked about our phones and don't feel the need to post redundant threads about our general excitement.

Besides, many happy g1 owners and too busy showing off their beloved new phones to their friends and friends and coworkers

every new phone especially like this is going to have many complaint, iphone had alot just like this. More people are happy than complaining, im perfectly fine. Theres a few minor things but i know they will be sorted soon enough.

and i wouldnt call it a failure if they tripled (i think it was tripled) their preorders.

Technickal. This act is getting old. Do you have anything constructive to do here, or are you just going to hang around and post negativity constantly? You've been called on it numerous times, and you just ignore it. And many of us ignore you. But you're just clogging things up, and I'm not sure what you think you are accomplishing by being so anti-everything...
