    Default SIM card


    When i get my phone, should i use my old SIM card, or the one that comes with the phone? Does it even matter?

    i was pretty sure that it came with one... Maybe I'm wrong.

    I was wondering the same thing. My SIM card is 6 years old, so I wonder if it is still compatible...

    Pretty sure it wont... I still have my Voicestream sim card and thats going through Tmobile CS to upgrade to MDA, Wing, and BB.

    it will work with older SIM card but maybe not 3G connection and then you must switch for new one.

    hmmm, if i do use the new SIM card, does it have to be programmed? Would i have to call t-mobile to activate it?

    does the sim really have anything to do with that?

    I have had the same one for as long as I have been with T-mobile... maybe 5-6 years...
