Running apps from memory card - Dont Panic!

someone brought up an interesting point on another forum. the program data is saved in a couple different spots, all on /data . what if we were to link /data as a shortcut to /sdcard/programs ? that might actually allow us to put applications on the memory card. from what i have heard, everyone who has tried, put /data/app on the memory card, not the whole /data . looking into this may bring us a LOT closer or even may be the solution

we've got to do something, the market is growing by leaps and bounds! it's up to 10mb- i feel like my phone storage is being taken over without my control!!!! i don't like this!

I'm pretty sure that if everyone on this board is aware of these problems, Google is too. I'm willing to bet they are going to be throwing out a lot of updates in the near future to fix all those small annoying bugs.

Can anyone help me??!! I am not a programmer but i have the G1. it freezes and almost always resets the time by itself to different times.

i already have rc33 and this things keep happening!!!

do a wipe (dont forget to backup) and install rc33 again... by the way, you posted this in the wrong place my friend
