if you clear media storage, it deletes all preinstalled ringtones, none that you downloaded, be careful

Ok, so I made the ID-10-T error of deleteing the data in Media Storage. Any way to get it back?

EDIT: I don't know what the heck happened, but someone they all just came back a few hours later. Odd.
