    Default Reset the dictionary

Is it possible to reset my dictionary? If so, can I edit the option of not being able to add new words?

The reason being, I've been accidentally adding wrong words into my dictionary, and I would like to reset it, so it would remove all of the words I added into it.

    Thank you.

you can reset your dictionary by restoring your phone to factory settings. thats one sure option, but i'm sure someone will know how to get into the dictionary on the device and pick out or change the words...

Hope they do, because a factory reset would kill me... :P

nope, what I have is "Local & text". In that option i can enable the text prediction, spell correction, word completion, vibrate when typing, etc.

I do not however have the option to reset my dictionary.

Is there a way I can transfer my contact list to my SD card, so I can reset my phone to factory.

Your contact list is synced with your Gmail account so if you reset, they will come down the pipe again.

Well if my Gmail is synced with my htc contact list then wouldn't I be able to access those same contacts on my gmail account on the internet? Which I'm not.

    Thank you.

Hi. Sorry. I didn't understand that you were using the HTC contacts. Is there a reason for that. Can't they be imported into Gmail?
