Red, Green, Blue Sceen.. help

I've done everything. I got the red, green, blue screen today... after just trying to turn my phone on. Nothing happened... no water, no dropping, nothing. I tried everything that I could do from my research online- rebooting, resetting to factory mode, checking for a stuck camera key... the list goes on and on... nothing helps. I went to the t-mobile store and had no help. She told me to file a claim on my insurance. Claim wont go through online... T-mobile's chat isn't working, I can't email and I don't have a working phone to call anyone! I am completely frustrated and don't know what to do now. anything else to try?

have you pulled the battery out? it always boots to this screen? you've factory reset the phone by booting with home+power? how did you reset it? you can try a safe-mode boot, i think it's power+menu, but keep holding down menu until it boots..

Tried that as well! I did a factory reset by holding the power and home buttons.... then pressed alt-L and then did a factory reset then a reboot! Just tried the safe- mode suggestion and got the same screen!

i just messaged somebody that knows a lot more about this than i do. someone else around here may have a suggestion, too.

do you have any files on your sdcard like rc29 (dreaimg.nbh) etc?
have you tried factory reset without the sdcard in the phone?

Just tried to factory reset without the SD card as well! No luck!

Home and power- the ! with a triangle screen comes up!!
