Is your phone rooted? Have you checked your APN settings?
Clinton
Hi
When I receive calls, after I answered and the communication is established, the call stays on, but I can't hear the other person anymore. just like if the speaker just went dead.
After a reboot, it seems fine for a while, but it did it again 2 days later.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

I'm sorry, but since I'm new to this, I don't know what you mean by rooted and where to check my APN settings, can you tell me a bit more?
Thanks for your patience
If you don't know what Rooted is then your not.So that wont be your problem. Are you in Canada on the Rogers network? If you are you can check to see if you Roger APN settings are correct by do this.
Menu-> settings-> Wireless controls-> Mobile network settings-> Access Point Names. You should have
Rogers
rogers-core-appl1.apn..........................<- that will be a green dot
Clinton
Hi,
yes I'm with rogers,
I've check the APN setting but the dot to the right of rogers-core-appl1.apn is red instead of green
Greg
On the "Mobile network settings" page is "Network operators" reading Rogers? If it isn't you need to go into that setting and "set auto"
If that's correct you could try adding a new APN by going into that setting press menu and New APN and enter the setting manual.
Menu->New APN
Name: Rogers
APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn
MMSC: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: 10.128.1.69
MMS Port: 80
Leave everything else alone.
Menu->Save
If that doesn't work you might have to phone Rogers tech and get them to go through it with you.

Yes my network operator is reading rogers, and it is set to automatic... I guess I will have to bring it to a store and check with a specialist
Thanks for your time
Greg
Did you try manually entering the rogers apn ? Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Clinton
No since they were all correct according to what you've sent in the post
Thanks again
Greg
