I believed I pre-ordered my G1 last week, though I am on a family plan. I've got the 2 yr extension for 179$.
I was checking everyday to see if my order went through?
Now when I got to check the site. It's telling me that I can order another phone for 199$?
Did my order go through or can I get another phone, but for 199$?

I am assuming you did not receive a text message on your phone confirming your order? If not, I would suggest calling customer service to confirm your order.

Well to say the least, I am not the primary account phone number for the family plan.
So that would be the issue.
I've been trying to connect to CS, but they just keep transferring me to different departments

I also didnt get an SMS confirming my order, but I just called customer service and they confirmed my order and was able to provide a confirmation number. The customer service lady said that T-mobile was going to try to have the phoned delivered before Oct 22, I'm not sure if she was right or not.

i ordered 3 days ago. finally called tmo and got my confirmation number. the rep said it's been an issue. so don't panick if you never got one. dial 611 from tmo cell and get it that way.

i called and confirmed my order (611). also spoke with the rep, and they said to check the UPS site. Go to Tracking Reference and put in your phone number. if everything is set, then your phone number will be your tracking number. Also, chatted some more, and the rep said the G1 will be UNLOCKED when we receive it the 22nd!!!

unlocked??? can anyone confirm this? are you sure she didn't mean something else?
