Possible Android OTA Update Cycle

Something just came to mind... It's been almost two weeks since the G1 came out. The first patch, RC28 came out as soon as the G1 was released. Then, RC29 started to drop in large quantities a few days ago. Now, there are rumors about another patch coming out within the next week or two. This sounds awfully similar to the development/update cycle of Google Chrome. About every one to two weeks, a new version of Google Chrome comes out on its Dev Channel. So I'm going to venture to say that we will be seeing major and minor OTA updates to the Android OS every one to two weeks as well.

The two OTA's were mostly for security fixes, if those security fixes werent there Id doubt we would have even seen an OTA update yet.
