Pop Email Fixed Yet

Does anybody know if they are ever going to fix the POP mail?

I cannot delete things from my trash.
I do not get notification messages when new mail arrives
It seems now I when I delete emails they go into my trash but still stay in my inbox---duplicate emails.

I guess the motivation was to make me use Google Mail which I do but I would like to use my Yahoo accounts as well. This is getting frustrating.

Yea ****ing worthless email. I still use gmail and forward all my stuff there.

Well I know you can forward mail but I don't want to. Put something on my phone please make it work correctly or just don't put it on there.

I think they have purposely screwed it so I would be forced to use Gmail.

I've had to forward all mine to gmail as well. The IMAP/POP client has never worked correctly for me.

That's such a major problem I'm really surprised Google hasn't addressed it yet.
