Pictures for G1 Contacts

This kind of stuff actually helps with the waiting.

I am also having a hard time trying to find things that will keep me occupied. Thank god for AC!

When pictures come up its like automatically compressed, receiving and sending, and it doesn't even tell you the resolution, and when you touch the picture to view it youre thinking it will come up to full size. But its sitll really tiny, wtf is that.

i just go to my contact list, edit a contact and at the very top is a button to set the icon.


it brings you to your photo gallery- you select a pic, and you can crop it to your liking (it keeps the aspect ratio square)

Yea but for this to be a next-gen/revolutionary smartphone you shouldnt be limited to tiny pics for your contacts or incoming calls. They overhyped this phone from the gate and thats y people are complaining. forget all this streetview type stuff, can I jus save my picture messages to my sdcard without forwarding? sheesh
