only 3 G1's replaced under warranty?

i had never seen the scratch until you mentioned it.

my biggest concern is the sunken keys on the left side of the Keyboard. Customer Service told me all G1s were like that to make room for the sliding mechanism, by the time I saw another G1 that did not have sunken keys, my warranty had expired. But i can still type on it pretty fast.

Yeah mine has a line on the back that looks bad and so does my brothers and brother in laws.

the scratch on mine is like a bar thats maybe a quarter of an inch thick of course its not all ground down but most of it is

thats odd i thought the rule was if you had 3 defective phones you could choose to get a different phone, not that you had to get something different.
