Ok, like millions of people in this darn country, I am a corporate slave from 8-5, 5 days a week. I had originally planned on taking the day off to play with my new G1, but likey always, things seem to come up at the last minute.

Luckily Mr Gore created thisa thing called the internet whic has allowed my to track my package today. I posted a thread earlier asking if USP needed a signature to leave the package and was told that they will. this was a bit frustrating since I knew I was not goign to be home, so I improvized. I created a "secure" place for the UPS man to leave my G1 and wrote him a note with some instructions.

It seems to have paid off! I've been checking mu UPS tracking number every 15 minutes since 8 this morning and it seems they have finally dropped it off at my house. I bet my cats are playing with it right now. My wife picks me up in 30 minutes and then it's another 20 minute drive home.

This is killing me....

I feel your pain brother. I got off early today to get this thing. Luckily they left at the office in my apartment complex. It will be well worth the wait good sir this device is amazing.

I got it 10/21 at 6:31 p.m. I was starting to give up on the UPS guy!

Came home early from work today (I really was sick) and found my phone sitting at the door. I had left a sign for UPS to take it next door to get a signature but apparently they didn't even see it and left it anyway.
