Official G1 Death Thread

No T-mobile will NOT tell you how to open the phone, but they will say doing so will Void your warrant. so don't do it. They told me manually updating to the Cupcake would void my warranty. but whatever. I did it anyways.

My G1 has not died.. I've dropped it ONCE! I was like Oh no.. I picked it up and started the visual inspection to see a small nick.. The next day I went and got an invisible Shield. Great stuff.

Well duh they aren't going to TELL me to open up my phone. I just thought it was dumb the only solution they had was to reboot my phone. And let them tell me my warranty is voided, I've been with them since I was 18. I get phones from t-mobile for free.
