Not able to send/recieve mms on mytouch 3g?!!

I'm trying to use these settings but I don't have an 'MMS protocol' line. HTC MyTouch 3G. It should be noted that I actually have two of these phones. I found another configuration for one phone, and it works just fine. Of course when I tried that other configuration with my other phone, it doesn't work. However, both were having the same issue: I couldn't send MMS, and when I received MMS, it was always in groups of 3.

The other configuration I found was:

MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MCC: 310

So far it's working, but it's only been a day. I did a factory reset on both phones.
