First, browser working. yes. then you have a connection. send email to email@vzw.com subject your fone no. see if you get an auto response. I did but was not getting emails the vzw rep was sending. SOLUTION. this is a computer, total reboot. go to main screen. leave computer on. pop battery for 20 seconds. start computer, go to gmail, menu, hit refresh if needed. This fixed it for me. He said this computer needs to be treated just like any other computer, you need to do a couple cold boots a week, and once ina while, pop the battery for a complete initial reset. I have incredible, still waiting for 2.2
