My g1 got jacked!!!

I can't believe this happened to me! Was so excited waiting for the ups guy the whole day then he came, signed for it, happily open the package, and guess what? ... All I see was a hole where the phone should be. I am so pissed. The sim card is gone too. Arrrg!

I hate to hear stories like this man. I'm sure T-mobile is going to get you out another one right (free of charge) ?. It probably was that damn driver... Stupid Crooks!

The seal was broken. I called Tmo and they are gonna investigate and get back to me 3-5 business day. I then looked up UPS employee "history" and found that I am not the first. Just my luck...

I dont remember who, but theres one guy who dropped his phone in the Atlantic Ocean the first or second day he got it. You both have horrible luck!

Please leave all the packaging and such intact. Don't throw ANYTHING away. When we have damaged or tampered packaging, UPS for specific situations will actually send someone out to either photograph or take the damaged packaging for the claim that T-Mobile will be filing with them. It should help them track things down.

T-Mobile will probably send you another one once they get word back from UPS.
