msn email setup

To view your email on T-mobile G1, you have to use msn mobile. Access the MSN through http://mobile.msn.com. The select the email envelop icon and enter your log in details. Hope this helps.

Hey, been reading this forum for about a week and finally decided to say something lol. Anyways, I managed to finally get my hotmail to work, but I ended up using the k9 app from the market. I tried for days with the google email app and the thing always put my mail from oldes to newest. Never even got to see any recent stuff. You still have to pay MS, but I can't see any way around that yet. Give that a try and see if it works for you.

One other thing. I couldn't get the innitial setup to work on k9 in wifi, but afterwards it was all good.

I set up my pop3 email to hotmail but it's jacked up. I just want to remove the account but cannot figure out a way to do so.

since this is one of the first places I ended up, I thought I would come back and let you know how I was able to get it to work without a "plus account"...

Server: pop3.live.com
Port: 995
Security: SSL
User name and password

Server: smtp.live.com
Port: 587
Security: TLS
User name and password

Took me about 10 minutes of trial and error to figure it out; I hate paying for something that should be free.
