woot! works good for me too, a lot faster than the aim thats preloaded.

This works pretty good.

but has anybody else had problems with it disconnecting?

If so is there any way that I can fix it?

Mine disconnects every several minutes.

I'm fine with using IM on it. I'm on a family plan that already had unlimited text so i still pay 25$ a month extra :] Meebo may kill the battery a bit more quickly too.
