Is there a way to Categorize your Bookmarks?
Is there any way to have category folders (Movies, Music, Tech, Etc.) for your bookmarks? Or to reorganize them in any way?

No, I don't think you can. As far as I can tell, you can't even reorder them on the bookmarks list.
...but you could try this work around: Using AnyCut create home screen shortcuts to the bookmarks and then create folders on the home screen and label each folder with your categories (movies, music, etc.) and put the appropriate bookmark shortcuts into each of those folders.
