No... its in the "cloud".... google app's is the equivalent PC suite for androids... gmail, calendar etc etc

I know this isn't really the same thing, but you can send messages from your PC if you use Google Voice.

On my previous post I thought you meant one that came with the phone. There is one but I don't know anything about it.

I use browsertexting to text from my computer.

It is really integrated into google chrome with an extension. But for filemanagement it cant do anything. But it is the best I have seen for the texting part ( that I used to love in nokia PC suite).
