I gotta couple questions

1.does my phone contracts save to my phone or on sim card?

2. I heard u can view your contracts on gmail. How do u view it? I can't find them

3. Sometimes my g1 will be sleeping but when I try to awake it , it doesn't turn on so I try to do it like 2 more times and it turns on . Happens to anyone elese?

4 . When someone calls my vibrate go off b4 the ringtone . Shouldn't it go off the same time?
