I got the update did anyone else get it ??

This is getting on my nerves. All of these threads about the updates. Pre-ordered my G1 on Sep. 23rd., received it on Oct. 21st and STILL NO UPDATE!! WTF!? How am I still on RC19?

Have you been staying up nights, with your G1 turned on, watching the screen?

From what I've heard on other threads, you'll see a pop up message, asking if you'd like the G1 to apply the update. This pop up only remains on your screen for 30 seconds. If you miss it, no update for YOU.

Please be sure to stay awake throughout the night, with your eyes glued to your G1's screen, watching for the update notification, so that you don't miss it.

you guys are lucky you have either gotten the update or are at rc19 i am at rc 28 with no update

so sitting here stuck with the security prob it sux lol

If there is a secutiry problem with RC28 then there probably is one with RC19.

i got it yesterday RC29, it didn't fix the pop3 notify issue thou. other than bug and security fixes nothing visually done to the GUI.

You guys can use the method posted earlier to force the upgrade. Its all over XDA-devs and also listed on my site. No use losing sleep for weeks at a time waiting for something you can do manually.
