I can't boot into my G1

Please help me. My phone was going weird today and I tried to shut down (holding power) and reboot (holding power again). And now it's stuck with the recovery console. Home+Back doesn't make it reboot, Alt+W doesn't reset anything, Alt+S does work but I can't install any update files (I tried RC33 1.42).

I thought my phone was bricked any trying to flash RC29. The thing is if I following this instruction, I couldn't get to the bootloader mode, it always goes to recovery console.

Code:
1. Format your phone's SD card to FAT32 mode.
* A new removable disk should show up on your computer. Right click it and select Format, and select FAT32 as the file system type. R
2. Download and unzip the RC29 or RC7 image file. Copy the DREAMIMG.nbh file to the SD card. (RC29 for US, RC7 is for UK)
3. Insert the card back into your phone
4. Hold Camera button, and press Power button to entry bootloader mode. You should see a gray/white screen with instructions to flash your phone with the update on your SD card. If you don't see that, make sure you followed the instructions properly.
5. As per the on-screen instructions, press the Power button to start upgrade procedure. DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO INTERRUPT THIS PROCESS.
6. After it is finished, perform the restart your phone.

Pls tell me what to do. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is the update.zip on your sd card? if not, put your sdcard in a card reader and put it on there. back to phone and alt + s

It was there, one of the update.zip returns No signature (392 files), Press Home+Back to reboot (which I couldn't). The other update says

And again, Home+Back does nothing. The only way to reboot the phone is take out the battery
