Lol I'm guessing thats directed towards me. I know its not Rosie, but the title of thread makes it seem like this is a modded version of an official Sense UI mod that was made specifically for the G1 not the Hero.

As for speed I totally agree. Mine is running really fast. I still get the HTC screen pop up when I hit home depending on what site I'm on, but it doesn't even last 10 seconds. Plus I'm not even A2SD either and I kept getting errors when I tried to run that script mentioned earlier. I am over clocked though.

ok so i have 2.2 and it seems to be working ok. got overclock running and its not too bad. homescreen lags once in awhile. downloaded a paid app and then suddenly got the low memory notification. i was like wtf. it seems that all the new downloads i've done isnt going to the sd card. i thought apps2sd was auto build in? the app itself is not on my menu so i dont know how to find it. i've searched market a million times and only found two that are paid versions. is apps2sd running in the background or do i have to download and run it?

Hmmm - SenseUI is a strange little thing. I think I know why that remove.sh works, it's because when you hit home on this thing it searches for every widget, and sees if it needs to draw it or not. It checks all 7 screens for a widget, for the size, and does a check for ALL widgets on ALL screens. I could be reading the DDMS wrong, but yeah - there you go.

card partitioned to ext3. it was running fine on 2.1 with ext2 with apps moved to sd but certain thing like gmail and gmaps wasnt working. so i formated to ext3 and its working now but like i said before, i only have about 7mbs left. seems like its not moving stuff over cuz i've only downloaded 3 apps. absolute fitness is about 9mb and facebook sync and overclocker. when i was on 1.6 the apps2sd was in the menu but now its not.

Interesting... I have like 14 or so on here, and all apps on SD. It might be the dalvik-cache that needs to go over to the SD in order to free up some things. This ROM is huge tho, keep that in mind.

Yeah, I'd just do it in terminal or ADB.

rm -r /data/dalvik-cache
busybox ln -s /system/sd/dalvik-cache /data/dalvik-cache
