Alright - nice and loaded... bare with me:

- Initial logon is the same pretty much the same.
- DDMS is screaming "Wifi driver failed to load"
- Everything after initial load is a bit different. The icons changed a bit.
- It's still pretty smooth. No 3G/EDGE right now. I have to set APN's i'm assuming - Which, I don't know mine blah blah.

- Getting to desktop now... tralalala. I wish this was a chat room so I could type everything over and over while it's doing things.
- After I set it up, it rebooted. Lets see what happens next - 1:09PM

- Saw LED_DUAL error: failed to load in DDMS.
- At desktop now 1:10pm - when it was rebooting it was moving apps around and freeing up space...blah blah.

Ok Now for some fun eh?

- When you unlock it asks if you want to complete the action with TouchFlo or Home
- Home is just your standard "home" from Android.
- TouchFlo is only showing me HTC on the background right now.

- Oh now it's loading... took like 12 seconds let it marinate for a second. Grant it, I'm using a Class 2 card cause I'm an idiot. But whatever, I don't care. I have 16GB of goodness
- Maybe not... 1:15 - oh there we go finally loaded. Ok cool. Looks just like the Hands On vids with the old school clock. It's stuck at 0:00am right now for some odd reason.
- All my apps are there.
- No LED support right now.
- Icons changed around a bit.

- It's slow as hell for me cause of my awesome Class 2 card - I'm sure.
- I'm gonna let this thing sit for a second, let it marinate just a bit. I might pull that 2.0 with T-Mo APNs down. I mean, I tell you it looks ... well the same as before, it's probably pretty fun to play with. I gotta see why the heck its freaking out.

- Ok, I let it chill out for a bit and relax, ya know? Let it marinate a bit.... Bluetooth is a no-go, as well as LED and Wifi.
- It's pretty zippy right now. Trying to do this APN crap, but I'm pretty lazy.
- After it loads "Rosie" a few times, it starts to speed up. Seems like it's precaching some good stuff. I'm going to rip out all the Widgets and play around with it for a while... tee hee

It DOES take awhile to load...5-10 minutes the first boot. Be patient.

I'm uploading a new one with the T-Mobile APN's added in included a missing file from the RAMDISK
