Ok I've installed the recovery image but now when I install the cyanogen Rom it says:
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
Installing update...
Installation aborted.

Did you reboot after you installed htc recovery ?

It works now! Thanks for the helpI installed the recovery again and then it worked.
