Said it failed, is your phone GSM or CMDA? If it's GSM here is another radio image. But don't fastboot a GSM radio to a CDMA phone, it will only make matters worse. Toward the bottom of the page GSM radio.

Don't fastboot the radio image unless you are sure you fastbooted the wrong radio image to start with.

It's probably the right radio you fastbooted. Did you try a battery pull, wait 10 minutes, reinsert the battery and try to boot.

I have tried pull the batter, but wait a few minutes.

Do you notice the stange SN number

Yes, it should start with an HT and then the numbers. I think if you can find the right radio you will be okay. I have a list of radios but I don't know if a US or UK radio will work on you phone.
