Help: G1's battery shows 99% all the time..

Could anyone help? or tell me how this happen or how to solve it

it's always ok before, but since 2 days before, my G1's battery shows 99% all the time even it actually run out its power, and can't use usb to charge it because of that.. just can charge it out of the box..

when use usb, it shows 99% and the phone keeps rebooting time and time again.. but in fact there's no power to run the phone after unpluge...

I'm guessing your not rooted?
If not then download an app saver (i.e.mybackup)
If you are then get (backup for root users)
Factory reset..Fixes most issues..if that fails hope you have your 1 yr still..call tmo get a replacement
