great... bluetooth wont turn on anymore

i dont know if it from installing apps or not but bluetooth wont get on anymore....
are
it worked before i installed GPS Tracker and IO News reader...
i dont know if it has anything to do with it it worked before...

now thats funny. have you tried uninstalling one or the other, restarting your phone and trying to turn it on?

I had that happen once. Just turned off the phone and restarted and all was working again.

well uninstalled (both) but it still wouldnt turn back on!
turn on and off my phone a couple of time sill no luck!
finally took the bat out and put back in and it worked...

I'm having the same issue now but the only thing I did was uninstall the MemoryUp Personal software cause I never used it and I heard it was junk.

Now I can't use my bluetooth.

I tried the above fix but that didn't seem to work. Anyone else have any solutions?

UPDATE:
So the above DID work the second time I tried. The second time I also tried to clear the RAM memory like you do with a computer by pressing the Power button without the battery in. Don't know that it did anything or helped but it's working now.
