Gmail account frozen by google, how do I export my contacts or get accnt back?

With my G1 phone no longer on a google account (since they froze mine at random), I cannot upload/install any apps from the marketplace, right?

Is there a way to install an app by downloading it on my computer and then into the G1?

Does "mybackup" save the contacts in a format a new gmail account will import with all additional info (groups, notes, email addresses)?

BETTER YET, does anyone work at Google and can get me my account activated again?
The recovery questions I answered 4 times were not accurate enough for them to believe that I am the owner of my account: Lena.Utin@gmail.com
so they refuse to "unfreeze" it.

While that was completely unnecessary, Backup Pro exports contacts as it's own file extension, what you can do is, when you make a new account and sync it with your phone, you can upload the contacts from the app and then sync your contacts with your account again so it will upload on too Google.

thank you for the app suggestion, my problem with installing an app is that i cannot access any via the "market" on my G1, since my account is no longer active with google. is it possible to install the app any other way, such as to my pc then only the phone?
