Glitch in the system!!! 2 phones @ discounted price!!

Okay.. so I JUST got off the phone with a ever so friendly T-mobile customer service rep named April..


I placed an order for my t-mobile G1 on September 24th... I'm always very paranoid when it comes pre-orders or online orders in general.

So i never got a text conformation... i called T-mobile, one rep confirmed it, but didn't give me a conformation number (realized this the next day) so my paranoia continued.

October 1st... a couple days later. I decided to check "my t-mobile" and click on "upgrade your phone" and GUESS WHAT! the phone was available to me for the discounted price of 179.99.

I started thinking, well, i guess the first order didn't go through.. so I went ahead and ordered again.




Well, I started thinking and my paranoia got the best of me AGAIN... i just called T-mobile 611...


She looked at my account, she was dumbfounded... I got BOTH phones for the discounted price! I was eligible for only 1 discount... and got both!!!


so... I'm getting 2 G1's on october 22nd! I ordered both before october 3rd... so i'll get them on the 22nd...

what should i do with the other?!

1) give it to me! i would love to have an extra just incase some teacher takes it :P
2) sell on ebay for a bagillion $$
3) do the honest thing and tell them the order is wrong and to cancel the second one....LOL J/K :P

haha, she's the one who told me to sell it... she said that it was a glitch in my favor.. and that they were both shipped to me at the discounted price..

Sell it to a poor bastard in a non 3G area, that has flexpay and cant upgrade online. Oh wait, thats me!!!! I will buy it!!!!

Yeah, she gave them both to me...

one order for 179 + 18 placed on the 24th, another for the same price placed on October the 1st.
