Call them!
So, Ive been complaining on this board about how I know the Houston, Texas hub "loses" (read: Steals) packages constantly and it happens to me ALL OF THE TIME. Karma hath struck me. I ordered 2 g1's. 1 of them departed from houston almost two hours ago, the other hasn't moved since Friday (though they both have been on the same trucks scanned at the same time). Point, Houston has taken another victim, MY g1. Of course, the one based on my fiance's reference number is on its way but mine, lost lost lost. Doesn't that just about figure.
Damn, that sucks! Hope it was insured!

Ups wont do jack, they already said. Hope t-mobile has enough to send me another
wait, it departed houston to where? A local houston hub or another city?
You need to put on your "I'm pissed hat" and talk to somebody very sternly, yet politely... SOMETHING needs to be done about that. both ends, UPS and T-MO (More UPS though)
umm don't they legally have to do something about it. I mean, they lost it... I had a shipment get all the way to the west coast once wihout being scanned and they were gonna do something about it. Just wai a few more days and then call them, maybe that truck was full...

The option is for me to get back into the line and wait until November 10th or go into a store and fight for one.
Just got off the phone with T-mobile and UPS. UPS said "sorry it got lost, we can do nothing, contact t-mobile", T-mobile said sorry, im $#!+ out of luck and have to reorder
could be because they didnt scan the other box. but if not i think you could complain enough for them to do something. just my thoughts.
