G1 Issues - Software?

Hi guys, got a g1 I'm having problems with. It occasionally locks up with just a blue light on the top, but it's not when it's turning on - it's when it's woken from standby.

On top of that the screen has a habit of freezing, but it's random so you can't predict will it will freeze or not, it'll just do it. It's done it 3 or 4 times in the last hour, but yesterday it worked fine for 3+ hours.

Any suggestions? I've data wiped it twice now, my next theory is to try and flash the OS again (it's just running stock btw, work phone so not tinkered with it much!) but I have no idea where I'd find the OS online!

EDIT: Applied the 1.6 update and seems to be working properly now!
