Freezes after ending the call

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, and I bought the G1 yesterday.

I'm having this problem each time I call someone, it freezes when I end it. Can anyone help? I'm not sure if my phone is updated or not, I live in Dubai and they don't sell this phone yet.

Try an hard reset, this will remove everything on the phone, return it back to the way it was when you first got the phone.

Hold the Home and Power keys down at same time for about 25 seconds. You will see a yellow triangle screen with exclamation point in the middle. Now to wipe the device clean:
3. Press Alt+L.
4. Press Alt+W for a factory reset.
5. Press the Home and Back keys again for about 25 seconds.
The device should then reset again and the hard reset is complete.

Thanks alot, I needed that, I bought it slightly used from an idiot who installed every freeware exist on the net, god knows how many bugs I had.

Seems working fine now.

Oh okay, I read "Record failed" during my calls. anyway the hard reset is the best solution.
