Fantastic, I've been looking for a site that streams XXX to the G1.

That makes me very happy indeed. :]

Not sure about Adobe but from what I can remember, Microsoft is trying to push for Silverlight(sp?) on both the Android and iPhone platforms. It's basically flash, but not Adobe's.

But Hulu.. yes.. definitely.. that's heaven. An official Hulu app would be nice as well, just like how Youtube has a dedicated app.

And while we are here bashing useless expensive adobe products. XML + XSLT instead of PDF, works in your browser and requires no 3rd party software. Sorry adobe the modern world just doesn't need your proprietary crap.
I agree on Flash, it uses a ridiculous amount of resources for what it does. I think Silverlight will serve up media much better -- I suspect that's why NBC chose it to broadcast the Olympics over the web. Check out the stats for the the delivered video from the Olympics web site, it's surprising.

But getting an XLST to look like a PDF? Yeah, good luck. PDF has been around longer for one; it may look like someone threw up inside the file but it's a solid standard. And the Reader is really nice and light these days, not like the days of Reader 6; that sucked.
