FInally got mine!!! (demo at least) Sprint Hero

So our store finally got the demo unit in. I can't say much because, well frankly I don't want to loose my job. But I can say its an awesome phone, and yeah the Euro looks better, but imho the Sprint one feels better in hand and the buttons on the bottom are a lot more user friendly. I came in on my day off and played with it for about an hour and a half, lol.

Any questions feel free to ask, and if I am able to answer I will.

(No chin, but the bottom does have a slight bulge, hard to describe)

I don't really know or have any questions about the hero, Can we root the hero and load a g1 rom on it and ruin the sens UI instead? haha.

The Hero is over due for a beating already.

I did not check for USB tethering, but I did look for WiFi tethering and nothing is built in for this.

I can check for USB tethering next time I have it in my hands. Maybe it will be like Blackberrys, you can tether and Sprint has no way of knowing, lol.

Tmo has no way of knowing with wireless tethering(bluetooth/wifi) either , except the extra data usage of course . How does it run , I mean is it smooth ? Is it quick or does it lag in places ? And the ui , sence right ? How smooth. Or laggy is it ? Was it running the final release os ?

they provide a service - when things go wrong, they fix them - they have decent phones - they have decent rates too
