Extended Battery

I got the Seidio 1400mah battery yesterday, and I must say, it is fantastic. I've actually had trouble trying to drain it fast. On standby mode, it stayed at 90% or higher for over 4 hours while I was sleep (off charger of course).

It does require an 8 hour pre-use charge and then it says 5-6 full recharges before it shows its benefits so I'll know more after the weekend, but so far pretty impressed. My T-Mobile battery would drain 10% in less than 10 minutes.

its A rumor but hopefully its true if you bought your phone from tmobile that they will send you a free extended battery with a new cover cause the new batt is bulkier so hopefully this rumor is true. Those who bought one should get a letter in the mail indicating you are eligible for one.

I was talking to a T-Mobile customer service rep yesterday about a replacement battery for my G1 and I asked her did she know anything about the extended battery and she said it's nothing but a rumor so I doubt they're releasing it

yea i had a customer rep tell me "its just a rumor" in a lil smart *** tone, im guessing that wasnt the first time she had heard about it...

i hope its true, but i dont want the size of my phone becoming bulkier
