Default eris and pop-up keyboard

Just got my wife a htc eris and when she is trying to post theknot.com and when she selects the field to enter text the green box appears but the keyboard will not appear ...

Anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it??

Thanks in advance.

Can you mention which specific place doesnt the keypad pop up? I just tried the search box and the keypad pops up. Try to zoom and then write and see if the keypad pops up?
