its funny that you say that... nationwide statistics show that in a break down, each time you call a major customer service center like t-mobiles, you cost them 7 dollars in time... each additional 15 minutes is 5 more on top of that...

not trying to say don't call customer service, i just like seeing these useless statistics... so in essence you cost them 10 dollars for the accessory, 7 dollars for the call and 10 for the additional talk time, so in total 27 dollars! yay
