Just introduced my co-worker to a Droid Eris (went to store today w/him). It's a very polished device compared to my G1, but he's having an annoying active exchange problem: he can connect, pull email from the exchange server, but he cannot send, the emails just sit in his outbox. Settings look good, but no dice on sending.

Any ideas on what problem this is? I check on other forums and some folks are having similar problems.
