Dimensions for the G1 background image?
What are the dimensions for the homescreen backgrounds? How much of the image is shown on each of the 3 homescreen sections? This information would really be helpful for creating custom homescreen backgrounds.

I calculated it to 640x480 BUT the notification area takes up 25 pixels at the top.

the farthest left screen is the left 50% of the whole image
the farthest right screen is the right 50% of the whole image
its to late to do the math now, but im sure someone can..
